There's an At-Home Device That Injects Hyaluronic Acid Directly into the Skin without Needles
Hyaluronic acid is great. I've written several articles on how much I adore this moisture-inducing powerhouse. I've even amassed a small collection of wonderful hyaluronic acids products that do a wonderful job of moisturizing. Applying hyaluronic acid topically is pretty awesome but there are a slew of folks out there who swear by HA injectibles to create the look of firmer skin and ward off wrinkles. For most people, HA-based fillers are expensive and unattainable. Others aren't comfortable with injecting fillers into their skin. If you fall within one of these two categories, you may want to pay close attention to what I have to share. As you may know, I love beauty gadgets. I'm constantly on the lookout for new and up and coming beauty tools that could change the game. This tool, in particular, seeks to rival expensive injectable fillers that seem to be taking over the beauty industry.
The tool in question is called the Hyaluron Pen. Basically, it looks like a fancy skin pen. Not online a microneedling pen. But instead of producing a bunch of tiny puncture wounds, it uses pressure to drive product into the skin. Here's a little blurb about how the Hyaluron Pen works:
"The device has a special piston with a spring, which provides a uniform and quick administration of the hyaluronic acid mixture being used. The microscopic hole is twice smaller than the diameter of the needle used for injections. While administering cosmetic substances by HYALURON PEN, drugs are absorbed and distributed under the skin much better in comparison with simple injections made by a basic needle.
Hyaluron pen treatments are a non-invasive method that helps penetrate hyaluronic acid to plump up the lips, rejuvenate the skin and reduce fine lines. How long will the results last? For optimum results, we recommend a course of 4-6 treatments. Once you complete the recommended course, the results can last from 12-18 months. It is a non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatment aimed at diminishing problem areas on the face. Can treat under eye rejuvenation and crow’s feet (early signs of aging). Hyaluronic acid is the serum used to improve your skin and promotes collagen production for long-lasting youthful skin.
Hyaluron Pen is a rather simplistic device that generates enough pressure to launch Hyaluronic acid mixture into human skin. It is a device of transferring one liquid that is pretty vital when it comes to antiaging and beauty into human skin.
Compared to injecting the fillers the risks are significantly lower. When it comes to using the pen, the pain is minimal, with a low risk of bruising or swelling. "
As soon as I read the details of how this pen delivers the anti-aging solution, I was intrigued. On Pinterest, I found a couple of before/after pics that were supposedly from a Hyaluron Pen treatment. I don't know if they are from a single treatment or after a series. But the difference looks pretty convincing.
I'm sure that once the swelling goes down, the results aren't as obvious (or permanent) as injectable fillers. And that's may be ok. Maybe you don't want the extreme results that come with needles. Maybe you want something a little more subtle and unassuming. Because the liquid injected into the skin is a liquid, I've read that the results only lasts a few hours. Some websites claim that results can last for several months after you've completed a series of treatments.
One thing that intrigues me about how this pen uses pressure to inject product beneath the surface is that this type of pressure might actually promote collagen production. I'm only speculating, because other activities that stimulate the skin typically have a positive effect on collagen. Although this pen is readily available to be purchased online by anyone, they still offer it as a service at certain day spas. Perhaps you might want to consider scheduling an appointment to experience the Hyaluron Pen before purchasing one of your own.
